Brandon Sharp
Born in Venezuela, but raised in New Orleans and Atlanta, Brandon has grown in his passion for songwriting over the years. Ever since his middle school days, his desire has been to write songs for the glory of God and for the awakening of the church. Some of Brandon’s musical influences include artists such as Phil Wickham, Chris Tomlin, Kristian Stanfill, Tenth Avenue North, and Starfield.
Brandon currently resides in Lynchburg, VA, where he is coming up on his 3rd year as a student at Liberty University, majoring in worship leadership. He is privileged to join in leading the entire student body in worship on the Campus Praise Band. His role on the team is keys player/programmer/worship leader. From the platform, Brandon is given the opportunity to allow his songs that he has written to usher in God’s people and draw the congregation into worship.
Brandon feels called to serve the church with the songs that have been and are being birthed from his walk with the Lord. He has a heart for people, and is passionate about the glory of God. Brandon has released multiple projects such as “For Your Glory”, co-written with musician and writer, John-Michael Ritchey, and “Worthy One”, two singles available for download on iTunes.
